Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase value, to Portugal and all European Union countries.

Delivery Times

Portugal: 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

European Union: 7 to 14 business days after payment confirmation.

The indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, customs delays, etc.).

Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next 2 business day.

Tracking After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
